My beloved Lucifer had to be put down this week, I've had her almost 16 years. It was time, she was in such poor health and I couldn't bear the thought of her suffering. Fortunately I still have my other cat, Raphael. I'm not sure if she's aware of what is going on, I'm sure she realizes Luci isn't around any longer, I've been cleaning everything in the house to eliminate Luci's scent. I thought it would be good for Raphie, and probably myself as well. I put Luci's picture in a nice frame on my bookcase to remember her.
