My injury is mostly healed, I can run again. These damn headaches I've been getting every month prevented me from doing that this morning though, I finally did a Google search to see what I could do to prevent them in the first place. It seems Magnesium might help. Don't know why I didn't think of that sooner. October is my favorite time of the year, the weather is cooler and the leaves start to change colors. Not as dramatically as they did back home in Kentucky, but it's still nice here in Atlanta. Also my shows are back on the air. I need a new place for Karaoke, I don't care for the crowd where I've been hanging out for the past few weeks.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is back, Supernatural, and Cheaters. They are on regular network tv here, I think CSI is available online, go to the CBS website.
Oh, i thought you were talking about a show that YOU were the star of, i`m disappointed.
